The Queen
Edda is our foundation and our first Deutsch Drahthaar. She has an excellent temperament and amazing intelligence. She is calm and collected around the house but when its go time she becomes a force to be reckoned with in the field, forest, and water. Edda is the at the center of our shield wall and is one of the finest versatile hunting dogs you can find.

Gia vom Borealen
The Shieldmaiden
Gia’s claim to fame is her warrior spirit. Her drive in the field is outmatched. She is all fire from the depths of hell and everyone who has met her, knows it. Although her drive is intense, she is Edda’s half sister and minds well of her leaders and is cooperative in the field. Gia is a fur fanatic and loves to track and tussle. She is not able to be bred because of her hips. Gia is headed to a new home in Montana this spring where she will hunt hard for the rest of her days.
